Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our studio within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–12 business days for most international orders.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is available for select destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Products & Materials
What are your incense plaques made of?
Our Thangka incense plaques are handcrafted using a proprietary blend of 16 natural botanicals, including Tibetan agarwood, sandalwood, juniper, rhododendron, saffron, clove, cinnamon, star anise, angelica, and more. No synthetic fragrances, no chemical binders — ever.
Are your products safe for sensitive individuals?
Yes. Our incense plaques and bead bracelets are 100% plant-based and chemical-free. That said, if you have known allergies to any botanical ingredients, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page or contacting us before ordering.
How long does the aroma last?
Each incense plaque retains its natural fragrance for 6–12 months with proper care. Aromatherapy bead bracelets can maintain their scent for 3–6 months. To extend longevity, store your items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — we recommend keeping them in the provided cotton pouch when not in use.
How should I use the incense plaque?
Hang it in your wardrobe, car, meditation space, or near your bedside. The fragrance diffuses gently into the surrounding air without the need for burning or heating. For a stronger release, gently rub the surface with your fingertips to activate the natural oils.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@beyul-incense.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Wholesale & Custom Orders
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we partner with select retailers, yoga studios, and wellness boutiques. Please reach out via our Contact page with a brief introduction to your business, and our team will get back to you within 3 business days.
Can I request a custom design or scent?
