Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. All orders are dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 8–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available at $14.99 and typically delivers in 5–8 business days. Available destinations and final rates are confirmed at checkout.
Products & Materials
What are your incense plaques made of?
Our aroma plaques are pressed from a blended aromatic paste — aromatic woods, resins, roots and spices ground to a powder and worked together. We list the materials we use on our home page. No synthetic fragrance oils are added.
Are your products safe for sensitive individuals?
Our pieces are made from botanical materials, and no synthetic fragrance oils are added. Some people are sensitive to particular botanical materials — cinnamon, clove and frankincense are common examples. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the material list on our home page and test-wear the piece briefly before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
How long does the aroma last?
Each incense plaque retains its fragrance for 6–12 months with proper care. Bead bracelets can maintain their scent for 3–6 months. To extend longevity, store your items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — we recommend keeping them in the provided cotton pouch when not in use.
How should I use the incense plaque?
Hang it in your wardrobe, car, meditation space, or near your bedside. The fragrance diffuses gently into the surrounding air without the need for burning or heating. For a stronger release, gently rub the surface with your fingertips to activate the natural oils.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective. We do not offer exchanges. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.
How do I report a defective item?
Email us at support@beyulshop.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day with the next steps.
Wholesale & Custom Orders
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we partner with select retailers, studios, and independent boutiques. Please reach out via our Contact page with a brief introduction to your business, and our team will get back to you within 3 business days.
Can I request a custom design or scent?
We offer limited custom commissions for special occasions, corporate gifting, and collaborations. Contact us to discuss your vision — we would love to hear from you.
