Thank you for shopping with beyul. Each piece in our collection is handcrafted with care and shipped from our studio to your door.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. beyul is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include full tracking. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@beyulshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
